“When I started Gulfcoast Waterfowl several years ago, I intially had one simple goal in mind: to offer Texas and surrounding gulf states hunters fine quality waterfowl taxidermy at a fair price. As the business developed, so did my passion for displaying my specimens. Being a painter and muralist long before my discovery of bird taxidermy, I found myself being pulled more toward the art of nature over just plain taxidermy. Now Gulfcoast combines traditional art tecniques to combine fine art and avian taxidermy on an unprecidented level. Creating a beautiful 3d, living masterpiece with sculpture and habitat to accent even the most exotic of wildfowl is what we are all about.”
